Where we run daily, the regional lanes we quote most often, and how each one is scheduled.

Apex is based in Naples and runs daily throughout Southwest Florida, with longer lanes across the state and into Georgia. Local work goes out daily. Everything beyond that is scheduled around your pickup and the receiving hours at the other end.

Outside the area

Longer hauls are quoted case by case. We regularly run into the Carolinas and Alabama, and we will take a load further when the schedule allows. Runs past what one driver can cover are either team-driven or planned with an overnight, and the quote will say which.

Not sure whether your lane runs daily or has to be scheduled? Call dispatch with your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it works before you commit to a customer.

Port, rail, and airport pickups

We pick up at Southwest Florida International, Miami International, Port Everglades, and PortMiami. Container and air freight recoveries need the reference or airway bill number, the release status, and a copy of the paperwork the terminal expects. Send those with the quote request and we will confirm we can clear the gate before dispatching a truck.
