Apex Logistics Solutions is a freight carrier based in Naples, Florida. We are locally owned, we run our own trucks, and we answer our own phone.
How we work
Most of our business comes from shippers who got burned by a missed delivery somewhere else. What they want is not complicated: a real answer on the phone, a rate that does not change after the fact, and someone who tells them early when a truck is going to be late. That is the whole operating standard here.
We keep the fleet small on purpose. Every load is assigned to a named driver who stays with it from pickup through delivery, and dispatch knows where each truck is without having to check. When something goes wrong on the road, you hear it from us before you hear it from your customer.
Insurance and compliance
Apex Logistics Solutions operates under Conigliaro Trucking LLC, holding active federal motor carrier authority with auto liability and cargo coverage. A certificate of insurance can be issued to your company as certificate holder on request. Send the request through the quote form or ask dispatch.

Billing
New customers pay on delivery or by card until an account is opened. Established accounts are invoiced with net terms, typically net 15 or net 30 depending on volume. Rates are flat per run and quoted before dispatch, with accessorial charges listed separately on the quote rather than appearing for the first time on the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
How soon can you get a truck to my dock?
Locally we run daily and can usually get a truck out shortly after the rate is approved. Farther out, it depends on where the nearest available unit is and how the lane is scheduled. Dispatch will give you a real answer on the call rather than a hopeful one.
Do you charge by the mile or by the hour?
Runs are quoted as a flat rate for the job. That rate is built from distance, the unit required, and any accessorials, but what you approve is a single number for the whole run.
What happens if the consignee is closed when the driver arrives?
The driver calls dispatch and dispatch calls you. Depending on the freight and the location, we either wait, which starts detention, or return it and redeliver, which is billed as a redelivery. We will not leave freight unattended without written authorization.
Can you handle a shipment that needs multiple stops?
Yes. Multi-stop routing is common on both expedited and dedicated work. Each stop past the first is quoted as an additional stop charge, and the route is planned around receiving hours at each location.
Do you require a BOL?
A bill of lading should accompany every shipment. If you do not have one, the driver can carry a blank and complete it at pickup, but the piece count and description need to be accurate. The signed BOL and delivery photo are what settle any claim later.
Are you a broker?
No. We are an asset-based carrier, which means the truck that shows up is ours and the driver works for us. On rare occasions when a load falls outside our equipment, we will say so and refer you rather than quietly hand it off.
